What is your billing policy?
We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart. No other charges will be applied. We process payments through PayPal's secured offsite transaction processing engine. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with Rider Teez is safe! Through PayPal we accept PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you *do not* need to register an account if you don't have one. You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account option".
Where do shirts ship from?
USA/International orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Buffalo, New York (via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL) Canadian orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility located in Toronto, Canada (via CANADA POST)
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.
Do your shirts come from safe facilities for workers?
Yes! We use Alstyle and Gildan brand shirts which are produced in North America.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been printed and left the shop you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.
Shipping: All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in one to three business days after you place your order. The average wait times vary for each country. We ship USPS for domestic deliveries and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt at their door 1-5 business days after ordering FAST TRACK service and 2-6 business days STANDARD. For international orders shipping times can range from 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent via email, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with the local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
What is your return policy?
Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts if they are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the tshirt (excluding shipping costs). We can only offer a 100% refund for defective orders because we are a custom order shop. Please email email@example.com for an RMA number and the address to which your shirt should be returned. Upon receipt, Rider Teez will refund your purchase. Please see our Return policy page for more information.
Disclaimer about Direct to Garment
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. This makes the graphic feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!
How should I wash my printed garments?
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Choose the right color.
We are please to offer you color options using the color picker. However, not all designs will show up on every t shirt color. For example, a dark blue design on a dark blue T-Shirt will not work. Light graphics are hard to see on light shirts. Be sure to pick design and T-Shirt color that will work well together. If there is a specific design and color of T-Shirt you are looking for but you are unsure if the design will work please email us and ask before you order.
